Who we are

ScubaCuba.ca is a trademark used by AquaSub Travel, an independent owner affiliated with TPI, Trevello Travel Group Inc. (TICO #5003057). When you book a trip with us, our partner Hola Sun Holidays handles flights and accommodation, and MARLIN operates the dive services in Cuba.

What information we collect

When you fill out our quote form, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, we collect: your name, email, phone, home address, date of birth, passport country and dive certification status. For travel companions in your party, we collect the same details (required for booking).

We never collect credit card or payment information through this website. Payment is handled directly by our travel partners during the booking process.

How we use it

We use your information solely to:

Respond to your quote request and arrange your trip
Book flights, accommodation, transfers, and dive services on your behalf
Issue Cuban Tourist Cards and other required travel documents
Send trip confirmations, itineraries and travel reminders
Send marketing emails (only if you explicitly opted in via the newsletter)

Who we share it with

To deliver your trip, we share necessary information with: Hola Sun Holidays (for flights and accommodation), MARLIN (for dive services), the operating airline, and the Government of Cuba via the Tourist Card. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing purposes with any third party.

Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies, only for remembering your language preference (EN/ES) and saving your in-progress quote-form draft. We don't use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. We don't run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email info@scubacuba.ca and we'll respond within 30 days.
